CONCEPT OF THE WORK
Frida with marmosets is an analogy to the pets that the artist kept in the garden of Casa Azul in Coyoacán - Mexico City. The work adds a Brazilian touch with the presence of marmosets, an animal native to the Northeast region of Brazil - Caatinga and Cerrado.
