SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
1. SHIPPING
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. During promotional periods or holidays, the processing time may be slightly longer.
Delivery Time: The delivery time varies depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. The estimated time will be informed by email or WhatsApp.
Shipping Cost: The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight, size of the product and delivery location. We have chosen not to calculate it automatically at the time of purchase. It will be done one by one by our customer service.
Order Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, we will send a tracking code by email so that you can track the delivery status.
Delivery Address: Please check that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
2. RETURNS
Return Deadline: If you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns within 7 calendar days after receiving the item, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
Return Conditions: The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, and in its original packaging.
Return Process: To request a return, contact our customer service team via email at [email protected], providing the order number, the name of the artwork, and the reason for the return. After analysis, we will guide you on the process of sending the product back.
Refund: As soon as the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a period of up to 3 business days. The return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of product defect or store error.
3. EXCHANGES
Exchange due to product defect: If the product is defective, contact our customer service within 7 calendar days of receipt to begin the exchange process. The shipping cost for the exchange will be covered by us, and the product will be replaced at no additional cost.
Exchange due to dissatisfaction: For exchanges due to dissatisfaction, the process follows the same conditions as the return, and the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately by email: [email protected] so that we can arrange for a replacement or refund, according to your preference.
Defect Verification: After requesting a return or exchange due to a defect, the product will be analyzed by our team. If the defect is proven, the shipping cost will be covered by the store.
